New Patients

Our marketing works! Our doctors can consistently bring in up to 25 New Patients per week.

We have two types of Marketing:

  • Internal marketing
  • External marketing

We developed our marketing on the basis of what works. What works for one doctor may not work for another. We will find several that will work for your office!

Marketing depends on:

  • Area
  • Type of practice
  • What the doctor is willing to do. The key word is "willing".

Types of external marketing:

  • Holiday
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Corporate
  • Outside Alliances

Increasing the doctors willingness to do marketing = increasing the number of New Patients.

We like to train the doctor’s staff ourselves to do the marketing. The doctor sees huge increases in New Patients due to the proper and effective delegation of marketing to a trained staff member.

Dear Colleague,

As a kid I loved the holiday season, but when I got into practice I started to dread it.

With people being busy with traveling and holiday plans it was always hard to get new patients in at the end of the year. Then throw in deductible season on top of it, and the beginning of the year could be a pretty lean time. Bah, humbug!

This year, I'm not worried about it because we are going to implement the Incredible Holiday Promo from The Prescott Group. And, we are going to do it EXACTLY the way they told us to do it.

When we did this last year, we had great results, and to be perfectly honest we didn't even do it entirely right. Doing it only half-way right, we were still able to see more new patients in January, February, and March than we ever have in any year that we've been in practice. We were even getting new patients from this program into our offices as late as June!

Dear Colleague,

As we approach the holiday season most of our profession prepares for less volume, less income and justifications as to why numbers decrease near the holidays. Well last year my practice didn't decrease at all during the holidays. In fact we saw all time highs in patient visits for seven straight weeks. All thanks to one simple, easy to understand procedure.

This Prescott Holiday Promotion is simply the best designed and most complete promotion I have ever used in six years of practice. I have used other similar promotions that other consultants teach. However, The Prescott Group's Holiday Promo is leaps and bounds above any other promo I have used. This one procedure generated over 400 leads and allowed us to start 72 New Patients under Chiropractic Care - all during the holiday season when other clinics typically see less volume.

Yours in health, naturally,
Kenneth J. Olson, DC.

To my fellow Chiropractors:

I want to talk to you about some of the successful actions that have helped my practice grow over the years. One of the biggest promotions my office did was The Prescott Groups Christmas Promo. The first time that our office did it we increased our patient visits by at least fifty visits within three weeks after it. The only mistake that I made was that I didn't do all of the parts of it. The next year the office did the whole Christmas promo and that was the year we doubled the practice after the Christmas. We were seeing around 130-140 patient visits in the beginning of January and by May of that same year we were over 350 patient visits per week.

Now when the holidays come up I look at it as an opportunity to grow the practice and as a time of expansion. Actually not just Christmas, but Easter or fathers day any holiday is now a time I look at it as a time to grow the practice. If you are not a client already its not to late to get trained and actually do the Christmas promo this year. The program can double your practice in a very short amount of time.

After one Christmas the office played a game to go to the Bahamas if we hit a certain stat (collect over 120k for the month) and we hit that so fast we made another goal so the staff could also bring their spouses and they hit that so we took five staff and there spouses to the Bahamas for five days to an all inclusive resort and the staff loved that. What this did for the teamwork of the office and the production of the office was amazing.

The Christmas promo is a simple program that any office can implement, so have fun with it.
