Management Training

Executive Training

Each practice is different. Some doctors start with us without owning a practice. Another doctor is in the formative stages of practice. Some doctors are cruising along and want to go to the next level. Yet, another may be ready to blow the lid off the practice and want fast, expansive growth. Another may want to retire but keep ownership of the practice to insure a solid income plus the joy of still helping others, etc.

Our initial approach is to develop a high level of proficiency in the day to day jobs of the office. Then, we train the doctor on how to be an executive.

We train on the specifics of exactly how to be a good and effective executive:

  • Leadership
  • Organization
  • Proven management formulas
  • Planning the future of your practice
  • Financial planning to improve profits
  • And much, much more ...

Dear Colleague,

I almost forget what it is like to struggle in practice until I hear other doctors at some seminars I attend talking about how they still really are struggling out there. I hope that this letter finds you achieving all of your practice and family dreams. However, if that is not the case, I’d like to ask you to spend a few moments reading my personal “then and now” story.

Six years ago I was struggling, just like many of you. I didn’t know if we would collect enough to cover all our bills and it was a total guess how many new patients would be coming into the office that week. Well, now, I am very successful both in the office and in my home-life. I cannot imagine things being much better!

I have been phased-out of my office now close to three years. And, my wife only works in the office ½ day a week because it’s how she wants to keep her finger on the pulse of things.

I have a trained office manager who does a wonderful job handling the office.

I have two full time doctors that handle our healthy patient load.

Our office manager was out of the office portions of two months having a baby and our staff saw our highest ever patient visits both months. I have staff members that are looking for ways to grow with the office rather than just showing up for “work”.

You may be asking yourself, “Why is he telling me this?” Well, it’s because I know that if you get the help I did, you can achieve all of this and more. If you are interested, please give Austin a call with The Prescott Group at 1-888-989-0855.

Sincerely,
Richard Kappes, D.C.
