Big Kahuna

The purposes of the Big Kahuna Workshops are:

  • Create model practices that exhibit the joy of helping others.
  • Apprentice these executives so they will inspire others to become chiropractors in the future.
  • Train staff to become executives in these model practices so the owner can help expand the entire chiropractic profession.
  • Create chiropractic executives who have the time and wherewithal to fund and participate in those activities that benefit our profession and society.
  • To position chiropractic as the most utilized form of health care for the body on the planet so that the population of earth has a drug-free health care option.

Dr. Rick Schmidt, The Honorable Mayor, Mr. Martin O'Malley -
Mayor of Baltimore and Demomocratic Candidate for Governor
of Maryland, Dr. Don Hirsh and Dr. Eric Huntington.

The past year with Prescott and the Big Kahunas has helped me become the executive I need to be in order to handle the growth of my practice. The Management Technology gave me the tools I needed to build my practice into 41 offices. Prescott taught me how to apply those tools. Workshop discussions and application of the policy letters really helped me understand the data contained in the policies and to see how it can be applied to help my practice grow. Now I use the tools of management and understand what it means to be the owner and leader of my company. This knowledge and ability has enabled me to improve all aspects of my life. I am happier and more focused than ever before. My business is running smoothly and I have turned my attention to helping my state association and colleagues achieve their goals as well. I enjoy working on the Big Kahuna projects intended to safeguard and expand our profession, increase participation in state and national chiropractic associations and to inform our colleagues and their patients about the inexcusable practice of drugging our children for non existent psychiatric conditions. I intend to implement these programs while I continue to expand my practice over the next year.
